So the Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie turned out pretty good. My Aunt Val (the pumpkin fanatic) loves it. I found it pretty rich though, but still good.

As for yesterday, I was in a definite mood for chocolate, so I found this strawberry-brownie delight dessert. It turned out amazing. I did forget to grease the pan before putting in the brownie mix though, whcih made it interesting to remove them from the pan for the stack. But it turned out good

So the triple-strawberry was kind of a flop. I wasn't thrilled with the crust at all, although the new mix of jello and yogurt worked out pretty well. Next time i will definitely use a graham cracker crust.
As for tonight, i made shepherds pie for dinner (basic and quick) and then Drew and I tried out a new Pumpkin Spice Cheescake. It's in the oven now, but it tasted delicious during

So, i've always enjoyed baking. but have recently graduated and found enought time on my hands to actually be able to do it more often.
To start this off, i have begun tackling the triple-strawberry dessert by Miss. Better Crocker. So far so good, it has taken a while for me to actually do it because I didn't consider the amount of time i'd have to wait for the jello but it's been tasting good along the way.
